1. Service description

The georeferencesgh portal is a professional geodetic services platform operated in collaboration between GMX Systems Ghana Ltd., the Ghana Lands Commission (LC), and the Licensed Surveyors Association of Ghana (LISAG).

By using the service, you acknowledge that you are a professional surveyor or authorized professional. The service includes access to CORS network data, RINEX downloads, VRS data generation, job management, payments and receipts, and quality control workflows.

2. User accounts

You must provide accurate registration information, maintain valid professional credentials, and protect your login details. We may verify identity and professional standing and suspend accounts that do not meet requirements.

3. Services & payments

Access is subject to maintenance, station availability, payment of applicable fees, and compliance with these terms. Fees may depend on processed points, data type, and request duration. Payment is generally required before data delivery; refunds follow the policies stated at checkout and in official communications.

4. Data & quality control

Data is provided for professional use subject to validation by SMD and applicable law. You are responsible for validating suitability for your application. Submissions may require prescribed forms and accompanying field RINEX as part of QC.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Material changes may be communicated with reasonable notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
